Great location.

Room is in bad condition.

I stayed in Knotts 3 months ago, the room in 8th floor is nice. But not this time, The first room I stayed in on 5th floor, I put my t-shirt in the sink with some soap, after 3 hours, The water in the sink is black!! I was so scared...I throw away my T-SHIRT, and call them, they sent someone to fix it.

My room was like a cell. Small and in the corner.

The hallways smelled like smoke. The TV had more Spanish channels than English.
I had to pay for parking. The Internet was expensive. Could not early check in.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is close to several theme parks (they have their own and is located just a few blocks from Disney's) and only 10 minutes from Little-Saigon (where I had to go). The room was spacious, well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I knew that the hotel was not brand new (30 or 40 years old?) so I wasn't surprised if door knobs weren't shiny or part of the wallpaper had to be patched at one point (barely visible). After winning the bid, I opted for one extra night, but the hotel showed it as 2 separate reservations, so I had to check out and check back in.
